Personalised PDF: 3 days. Translation (with or without name personalisation): 7 days. If you've added a printed copy, allow another 7–14 days on top for printing & international shipping (EU usually 7 days, US/Asia/Australia up to 14). So a personalised PDF + print typically arrives in about 10 days total, a translated PDF + print in about 17 days. If you have a deadline (a birthday, a baby shower), tell me in the form and I'll do my best to meet it.
Worldwide. Shipping is included in the $15 print add-on. Orders ship from Europe with tracked airmail. EU deliveries usually arrive in 5–7 days, UK and Switzerland in 7–10 days, US/Canada in 10–14 days, Australia/Asia in 10–14 days. For destinations with high customs fees, the package is declared as a gift book at the actual value to minimise hassle.
Every personalised copy is hand-finished — your child's name, illustration adjustments, sometimes a translation. So it doesn't fit a one-click shop. You'll get a real human reply within 24 hours, and a secure Stripe payment link once we've confirmed the details.

The standard book features a little girl with specific hair and skin tone. For the personalised edition I adjust her likeness — hair colour, skin tone, eye colour — so the child in the pictures actually looks like yours. Tell me about your child in the form (or send a photo) and I'll match.
Once you've paid, I'll send you a preview page within 24 hours with your child's name and adjusted illustration. If anything isn't right, I refine it before finishing the rest of the book — no extra charge.
The standard edition is the same book for everyone — about a little girl called Emma Sofia. The personalised edition is hand-finished for one specific child: their name throughout, illustrations that look like them, and (optionally) a dedication page. Heirloom-grade.
Add $15 to any order and I'll send you a professionally printed, soft-touch matte cover copy — hand-signed by me, with worldwide shipping included. Lovely for first-birthday or baby-shower gifts.
Absolutely. Tell me the recipient's email in the form and I'll send the PDF directly to them on the date you choose, with a hand-written note from you. If you've added the printed copy, it ships to whatever address you give me.
Because every order is hand-made, refunds aren't possible once I've started. But if you're not happy with the preview, I'll keep refining — or refund 100% before delivery if we can't make it work.
